I was thinking the exact same thing Damien. Some of them sounded very sarcastic, but the comments from the guy called the Chess Geek or whatever he calls himself is just a constant reminder that some people don't have the first clue, and never will.

I said that a new AWB would increase crime. Not because it makes any difference to "real" crimes, but because people will violate the stupid technical (cosmetic) rules and get busted for it. So crime will go up, but they will be going after people who aren't doing anything wrong.

I think you're right on the money here! I wonder how many arrests were made during the first ban because of a pistol grip or detatchable mag on an SKS? Or a muzzle brake on a Mini 14 that suddenly made that rifle a cop killing assault weapon. I think the liberal(sorry) anti-gun media would also be drooling to add any of these proposterous arrests to there statistics of how well gun bans work! Man, I'm getting mad just tinking about it, i better hurry up and thread the muzzle on my WASR !!

gun control is never a good thing guys like the chess unit are just to blind to see the facts that prove it. gun control only disarms the citizens to make it easier for the gov to control the populace.
