New ATF Regulation for 2024
ATF Regulation 2024 - The "Belt-Loop Loophole"
Any owner of a semiautomatic with ability to grasp with off hand near the barrel, while being able to loop one's trigger hand thumb through their pair of Wrangler's belt loop while having another of the firing hand's finger on the trigger thus simultaneously pulling forward with off hand is now illegal. This is redesigning the said firearm into fully automatic.
How one can stay compliant:
1. Cut off one's thumbs
2. Remove all belt loops from full auto denim
The above is all subject to change, and any documentation seeking NFA approval of above items needs to be photographed, measured and extra fingerprints are needed for any extra thumbs found on a person's hand.

How one can stay compliant:
1. Cut off one's thumbs
2. Remove all belt loops from full auto denim
2a. Any denim in the household that has full auto belt loops still attached will fall under "constructive intent"
2b. This does not just apply to denim but also khaki, canvas, leather, and any new styles with a belt loop that is located in the 1:00-4:00 position on the sides.

3a. No covering of barrel with heat shroud
3b. No use of gloves on support hand
3c. One is allowed to have a heat shroud providing that the heat shroud meets the following criteria
4. Register with the ATF for a NFA tax stamp for each article of clothing with belt loops you wish to use while handling any semi automatic rifle with the aforementioned features, any belt looped articles of clothing that are found in proximity to any firearm meeting the criteria and not registered through the NFA would be considered constructive intent.3b. No use of gloves on support hand
3c. One is allowed to have a heat shroud providing that the heat shroud meets the following criteria
-Heat shroud is larger than 10" in diameter preventing gripping of heat shroud
-Heat shroud is made of conductive copper with intimate contact with barrel to discourage ungloved gripping

4a. Articles of clothing not belonging to the firearms owner but reside within the residence are considered constructive intent, this includes clothes for infants, and fashionable belt looped diapers.
5. Register with the ATF for a NFA tax stamp each of the person's thumbs, one cannot simply register their primary thumb but also their off hand thumb.5a. It has been witnessed by the ATF of persons on YouTube sharing registered NFA thumbs, this is in violation of the law as a non-NFA support hand is still being utilized to pull the weapon into full automatic mode.
6. Jerry Miculek's trigger finger in addition to his thumbs must be also approved through the NFA branch of the ATF, use of Jerry's Miculek's trigger finger before receiving his tax stamp will be clear violation of the NFA act.6a. This is a 3 Tax Stamp NFA item
