Greetings All

I am considering buying a ATI GSG STG in .22. Anyone had any experience with this weapon or company? Any suggestions befor I buy. The price New in the box was $485 plus tax.

They are HEAVY. I have handled one but not fired one. You have to use high velocity ammo.
I wish they would make one in 7.62x39.

I have one. It is a pain in the butt. When I take it to the DNR range no one will leave me alone. Months ago when they were much more difficult to get I had folks posing for photos with mine. I glady let folks shoot it and I saw its potential with so e very good shooters.

Okay, beyond that unimportant stuff, I have found mine to be more fun than a barrel of monkeys. Mine has been reliable to acceptable degrees for .22 and an absolute blast to shoot. It is a very good replica and is worth every penny especially for what they are going for now. The sights are problematical as for any distances beyond 25 or so yards your leaf sight is full up. I have learned to compensate. Folks complain about the weight for a 22, but that is the beauty of this one. I have spent some time behind the real thing and the GSG gets it right it's not perfect, but to me and well worth it
