Can anyone here point me in the direction of a product that would allow me to use quick detach sling swivels with a full-length A1 or JP stock?

I've currently got a rifle that has QD sling attachment points on the float tube, but the rear stock is fixed, and all of the plates that I've found for adapting a rifle to use these seem to be for collapsible stocks.

Is there a product that does what I'd like, or am I just going to have to go with one of the VLTOR/Magpul/etc. collapsible ones to be able to make this work?

i think one of KAC's stocks (like the one for the M110?) is fixed, adjustable and has flush cups. i could be dreaming though

The one thing that annoys me about QD after market attachments is that they all seem ridiculously expensive. That Tango Down attachment is halfway to a new stock!

HOLY CRAP, that is one expensive stock! Do you have any experience with the fixed Clubfoot stocks from Vltor?

I tried one once and didn't care for it, but have been reconsidering my dislike lately.

heh, yeah, KAC prices are kinda out of control. I sure wouldn't buy that. but you asked :)

not much experience with the club foot. i use a good bit of vltor stuff, but can't stand that stock.

you know, honestly, the cheek weld on a magpul UBR is just as good as the A1 or A2 stocks, and the lock up is almost as solid.

or you could always just get your dremel out and get busy. get a little fiberglass repair kit or something and put your own flush cup in the fixed stock you've got

I use VLTOR collapsible stocks on both of my ARs. I would not hesitate to use a rifle modstock. If memory serves me, I do think they install on a carbine receiver extension. Unless I was required to use a fixed stock I would be buying an A5 kit if I was buying an VLTOR stock right now.
