ATTENTION Yugo SKS owners

I'm the proud new owner of a Yugo M59/66, and I wanted to know more about it. Over at The Guns Network , there is a C&R Forum where a great deal of Yugo information is available. Two guys in particular, Danko and Withergyld, have do a lot of work. Danko is Croatian and helping to translate the logbook that comes with most of the Yugos. And withergyld is assembling a survey on the Yugos, with particulars like serial no. (and date of manufacture), type of night sight, type of grenade launcher, bore condition, etc. Storage and and testing info is in the logbook (TEHNICKI KARTON, and translation for each page and chart are shown.

I get a thrill from knowing the history of my firearms, especially the Commie ones.
