Series 70 Colt Blue (1979)
Series 70 Colt Chrome (1973 Large Roll Mark)
First Series Colt Delta Elite Stainless (1987)
Series I Kimber Classic Custom (1998, IMHO the all time best value in a 1911)
Browning Hi Power (Belgian, 1977)
Charles Daly Hi Power (Didn't cost much, but it feels great and shoots better)
HK USP 40c
CZ 97B

Working it's way into the "keeper" catagory: SA XD9 Compact

i will never sell my 40b pistols. at 250 each, i just can't get a better deal on a durable, reliable, and accurate firearm. these will be hand-me-downs.

but then again, there'a always a price. $250 million can do that. :)

My first post. Truthfully, I love all of my guns, but HK USP Tactical 45 was my first pistol and I won't depart with it.

My 2 Colt 1911s, Glock 26, DWM Luger, Colt Pocket .32, 2 Ruger .22s, Kimber Ultra CDP, Taurus PT-22

Well, truthfully everything has a price, but short of some goofball millionaire eyeing my collection...........

I can never say never, as I've sold many guns I've said I never would...but currently I have a Smith & Wesson 39-2 9mm and a 5903 9mm that I can't see myself parting with.

Every pistol I own is 'not for sale'. Those that I don't shoot regularly are set aside for the kids.

My Colt 1911a1's, my Colt Commander from 1977 and the P08 my father brought home from WWII.

Oh, and the NRA Commemorative Ruger II I found NIB.

Well, don't want to give up that Smith model 10 from the early 70's

My Kimber .45, Springfield .45, and XD40sc are just tools in my box.

My Dad's bring-back P38 may someday be given away but will never be sold.

Sadly, mine is my old 1953 Romanian TT-33.

It's reliable and accurate. I picked it up for cheap, ammo's cheap, but it's such a nifty little gun that I really love. I might get him a little brother in 9mm so I don't have to worry about overpenetration as much.

I only have three handguns and would immediately replace each one if something happened to them.
  • XD40sc
  • XD45c
  • Kimber Eclipse Custom II 10mm

I'd be most upset over the Kimber though since it cost more than the other two combined and is harder to find. But I love all three and have always been happy with them.

love um all

love um all but not married to any particular one. One thing is for certain, if the suckers don't go bang every time, I won't keep um Owning kel-tec cured me on that.

Guns I will never sell...

Colt Custom Gun Shop Combat Commander
Colt Officers Model
Browning Hi-Power
Glock Model 17
Steyr M9
Manurhin P-1

Beretta Model 70S
Ruger Mark II 5.5 Bull Barrel
Sig Trailside

I've sold four firearms in my lifetime. Only one was a handgun and that one was an RG-14, which I subsequently replaced.

Now, I've pawned guns and neglected to reclaim them, but that's not quite the same thing. Anyway, they were Ravens, Brycos, Davises, and such.

I've found four lost or stolen guns which I returned to their owners - sometimes to their extreme embarrassment.

I've had half-a-dozen stolen from me.

I've also traded a few, had a number taken by family members and sold, and even given several away.

But actually sell a good, functional handgun?

Not likely!

Kel-Tec P3AT and Kahr PM9. Both are known for questionable reliability/quality control, but both of mine are keepers. Glad I got lucky!
