Don't worry Hardluk1, I didn't grow up with gun people, so when I first heard the term, I thought it might be some anti-gun ceremony like a bra burning of the women's lib era.

I guess i am the only person around that thinks the idea of a bbq gun as one of stupidist things to do ever. Is there a bbq watch or pickup that only comes out for bbq day? Just don't get it..

To me, a BBQ isn't a special event like a car show or church. It's dinner. That's it.
I start off assuming used. I know $500 isn't a lot of cash, but I thought it would bring out some of the more unique ideas, which I would say it has.Shop used, get some stamping tools from Tandy, make your own holster.
It's the only way to be sure! $500 isn't a lot of cash. A nice set of grips and a tooled holster can dress up anything but a Glock, which has no business at a BBQ.
Still BBQ is about sharing friendships and food, having a neat piece to show off is only a small part of it.
