Nice holster.

I'm aware of Barranti leather and have been to his website many times over the years, but never seriously considered his products.
I just got this today...took about 3 weeks from order to receipt.
While I never checked, I was always under the impression he was one of those very long lead time makers. It's good to see how quickly you got your holster. Congratulations.

It's an OWB and the outer guard/shield is intended to prevent snagging stuff on the hammer and rear sight, is that correct? Pretty cool idea.

Milt Sparks has a description of the feature on their similar 200AW Model

Elmer Keith also had a hand in this design by requesting that a shroud be incorporated to help prevent sharp checkered hammers from wearing holes in his jacket liners.

That's a nice looking holster. I have an N frame that needs one. Thanks.
