i stopped by my favorite gun shop last night to pick up a few recent purchases and noticed a gun i haven't seen before. it was a Beretta 89 .22lr match-style pistol. it's counter weighted and absolutly perfectly balanced. i've been really in the mood for a nice .22 pistol and this certainly peaked my intrest. i've always been a fan of the S&W Model 41 but my dad has one of them that i get to shoot when i'm in town so i might want to try something else. does anyone have experience with these? it's priced at just under $600 and seems to be worth the asking price but i wanted to get a little more info before taking the plunge.

also, does anyone know where i can get lefty grips and extra mags for it?

I've always admired the 89F, but do not own one. I have seen the magazines offered through Beretta USA and Numrich. For grips, you may have to contact Beretta or try Nills.

Let us know if you pick it up!
