I'm looking at two different pictures of the PX4 Storm Subcompact 9mm and I see a few subtle differences. Can anyone explain them?

Notice on or near the slide: one says "9 Para" and the other says "9 x 21..."

One says "PX18313" (in front of the PX4 logo) and the other has nothing in front of the logo.

I know what the "9 Para" means. What I'm wondering is why are the two guns different if they're the same model?

Thanks.

9x21 is a modified 9x19 if I remember correctly, meant to be sold in countries that ban private ownership of military-caliber weapons(bye-bye 9mm, .45ACP, .30-06, etc.) It was meant to give private citizens in those countries the power and capacity of the 9mm Para without actually giving them the 9mm Para and keep those pesky laws from raining down on them.

the 9x21 is more than likely an international model, while the 9mm Para is probably geared more towards American consumers, hence the minor differences.
