Best 10mm auto loader (not Glock)

I own a Springfield Armory XDm-10 in 5.25 inch with the adjustable sights. It is my favorite autoloader and I plan to add a 4.5" OSP version soon.

The specific reasons I prefer it over the Glocks are the fit/grip, better velocity/barrel quality in stock form and better factory sights although if you add a red dot that won't matter.

If a revolver is in play, then the M610 is my suggestion. It is easily my favorite 10mm.
Thanks everyone! To answer a few questions, I don't have a specific purpose in mind for this. Just want something different than everything else that I have. Would probably use it for woods walks and camping. I currently have a 4" 686 that I use in this role, so I'm not too concerned about capacity (as long as it's more than 6 rounds). I do prefer hammer fired over striker, but not ruling them out- just don't love Glocks. Like I said, they are good guns, just not good fir me. I do reload and typically get dies for any new caliber I get, unless it's a caliber that is relatively inexpensive to buy factory ammo.
P220 would be high on my list (S&W 610 would be higher )

I've had the XDM-10 (not Elite) longer than my XTEN. I really want to like the XTEN more, but that XDM is hard to beat. I'm still undecided.
Based on my own experience with the XDm Elite, and with a little nudging from JustinOpinion, I will be adding the 10mm version of the XDm to my collection.

Indeed! As I was reading through this thread, I was thinking the same thing.
There has been an explosion of 10mm models lately. Great cartridge for hand loading.

That Vaquero is simply AWESOME!
Also love my 10mm Vaquero!

I ran Into a Ruger revolver in 10MM a year or so ago at a local gun show and almost purchased it. Kicking myself now for not buying it.

The 610 is one I’m definitely keeping an eye out for.

I did a lot of research on supported chambers before I bought my Kimber Stainless II 1911 10mm. In the reading I did, Kimber had the most fully supported chamber with Ruger coming in at number two. I already had two Delta elites in my safe, but they came in dead last in the study. I wanted a 10 that I could shoot some Underwood and Buffalo Bore out of with no worries. The Kimber fit the bill and with a Holosun dot on it, she's a tack driver at 50 yds with a 200 gr bullet traveling 1250fps. I'm deer hunting with it this season.

Bought this:....

Got it for $409.99 plus sales tax and transfer....

It’s the most accurate M1911 I’ve ever owned.
That includes a ‘60’s Colt GoldCup, two Custom M1911’s with 9mm Kart and Nowlin barrels.
I vote Best BUY 10mm.
We’ll see how it holds up....
Trigger crisp at 4.25lbs...

150gr Sierra JHP over 9.2gr of LongShot shot a 5-cluster at 25yds. Second 5- went into a 2” bull at 25yds... nothing “hanging out”, either!

I'm definitely biased so until HK comes out with a 10mm USP I'm mostly going to suggest the glock 20 as the better option. Come on HK! And I am not a glock fan, the glock 20 is the only one of their pistols I would consider (I have a gen 2 pre awb model).

Same, our Cabela's had a bunch of factory "blem" Ruger 10mm revolvers in their Gun library.

At least that's what I remember reading a few years back. But then again, I never saw Ruger Blems before and never investigated so I could be wrong

M&P 10mm is awesome. I love mine.

The new Gen5 Glock 10mm might convince you to Glock.

The XDM seem nice, but XD guns do have an internet bad name sometimes.

FN is allegedly coming out with a 510 model.

With Shot Show around the corner, who knows what's guns be released
