My favorite by far that you are going to be able to buy at a local store is Speer Gold Dots. I like the 124 +P, but if you don't want a +P round I'd go with the 147 grain.
That being said, you can often order 50 round law enforcement boxes off of the internet for a similar price to what you can buy 20 rounds for at local store. Buying locally is a rip off imo.
