Call me crazy, but I like the simplicity and consistency of a pure DAO pistol. No manual safety (or leave it off if it's there), no variation in the trigger pull, just pull the trigger and it goes bang, the same way, with the same feel, every time.
So, which is the best DAO pistol from the point of view of the trigger pull, weight, feel, length, smoothness, etc.?
Yes, I know that single-action, cocked-and-locked gives a clean, consistent trigger pull, but I am asking about DAO. And please don't say "my S&W 642" since this is the Handguns: Autoloaders forum.
