Best lighter for hunting/survival

Bic’s are the right way to go to start fires they are cheap and work longer than anything else. A few in Ziploc bags will out last you. I have never had a cigarette lighter last longer than a radio shack solar cigarette lighter, but it has to be daylight and probably no longer available (they even work better in the wind). A magnifying glass is still a better bet in the daytime than the magnesium fire starters and they still sell Swiss army knives with them built in.

Steel wool and a 9 volt battery works.
