Smith and Wesson 1911 9mm Pro Series I have seen them as low as 1000 but usually sell for 1250. Not only does it look good it is very accurate. I would have to agree the 92fs is a fine gun for half the price.

You know what opinions are like and we all have one. Some just smell worse than others.

How boring if all cars were still flat black.

Y'all need to calm down a little bit, we are just talking about opinions here. If you can't handle it when someone has a differing opinion, you may want to avoid the internet, specifically forums like this one. :)

Does three votes in a row make a quorum or something?

If you want to be really cool, get a BHP .40 and a 9mm barrel to put in it. You'll have 2 great and beautiful guns that will and have stood the test of time.

Nice looking gun under $800?

For pure looks, I'd say that a Beretta 92 series pistol fits the bill.

I'd probably go with a bruniton coated version, with Black laminate grips. I'd also replace most of the plastic controls with Stainless steel. That would be really a nice looking gun.

CZ 75 B Stainless with black laminate grips would be my second choice.

My third choice would be a S&W M&P with a stainless match-grade barrel. I've seen these before and they are niiiicccceeee!!

well the nickle browning bda with wood grips is a 9mm kurz
also i throw out the stainless kahr with wood grips
