Again I'll ask: Why do you want an HBAR? Is this going to be a full-auto weapon?
If you're looking for accuracy, a 16" HBAR with stock trigger isn't the right way to do it.
And for the n00bs that may be reading, you can have the world greatest barrel, triggers, gun, and shooter but if you feed the gun craptastic Wolf and third-world mil-surp, don't expect match accuracy.
When I put together my first AR, I struggled with the barrel choice. When I realize I don't have the time, money, or discipline to develop handloads with 70gr+ Match Kings, I stuck with a gov't profile 1:9.
