Welcome sadhvacman! I see you're on the opposite side of the ATL from me. Where do you like to shoot? (Trying to keep this gun related.)

Also, the original post was about this website, which is a gun-related website, ergo the post was gun-related! :D

I was going to post that this site is the best site. My buddy is a major Glock talk nut and always gives me crap about THR. His loss.

Uh, dude. You might have more friends if you didn't sound so..... you know.... out there.... :neener:

It's hard enough as it is to keep all of the regular gun-nuts neatly categorized, then you come along and "blow the curve" for the rest of us!

Sure. Is Cartersville near Roswell, GA? I've got a few friends in that area as well.

    Right on.

I'm trying to work out a fairly ambitious (for me) road trip for later this year, down to Florida, then possibly up to Michigan and through Minnesota, so I can swing by and say howdy to you if and when I get the cash together.

    Hey sadhvacman,

I wouldn't trust Biker if I were you though... first thing, he wants a beer. Next thing you know, he'll be having you wear that bumblebee costume for real, and I KNOW you don't want to go there!

Don't ask me how I know. I just do.

Feel the love...feel the love, man!
    Group hug or something.
I think I'm finally getting in touch with my feminine side.

Welcome, sadhvacman! New guy buys beer 'n' ammo. Shiner Bock and 10mm for me, please. Actually, you can get just the bullets, primers and cases for me, 'cause I roll my own (still got a decent bit of AA#9 to have fun with). You got into that particular obsession yet? :D

No I haven't as of yet, pistolero. I do though have a love for really good beer though. But, since the little one came, I don't indulge nearly as I once did. I'd say lagers are my fav with pale ales following close behind. I like a beer that must be chewed. i cannot drink domestic brewed water. Anywho, thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I think it's an awesome thing that in this vast land we live in so many of us are very much alike. Or at least we hold dear the same basic american values and in particular, liberties.
