Originally, in July/August 2006 "Jule" told me he would ship my guns and accessories with a bill and I would pay for the custom work upon receipt (I agreed to send BigIron a check for a new 1858 Rem for the group buy along with my own 1851 for custom work, which I did in August 2006).
After several months had gone by, I inquired repeatedly in November 2006 about the status of my order (after previous inquiries were not answered) and was told it had not been shipped because "I had not paid the bill for the custom work" - a bill I had never received or been made aware of, which makes it hard to pay!!!
Upon receiving "Jule"/"Third Rail's" November 2006 email advising me "Jule" now was demanding payment in advance of shipping my guns back to me, I paid the bill immediately upon being told how much was owed and had confirmation that the check was received on 11/29 and deposited in his bank on 11/30.
Since then, I have received confirmation from both "Jule" and "Third Rail" that all bills have been paid, I have been promised numerous ship dates (12/1, 12/8, and now 12/15), I have received nothing except empty promises.
I do not think it is unreasonable to ask if anyone else has paid for but not received their merchandise.
Why is it "Jule" is afraid to talk to me directly or to come to the board and explain to me how mistaken and unreasonable I am? He has both my phone number and my email and mailing addresses.
Why in the heck won't he ship my merchandise? Not really a good answer for that one, is there?
I even asked "Jule" to stop any work he had planned and ship all my property back to me regardless of whether the work had been done - he did not respond to this request.
The latest is that "Jule" does not like my "impatient" attitude and has advised that he is going to try and change the price on me - how can I ever be paid in full if "Jule" can't stick with a price.
I can and will document our transaction for anyone interested.

I again renew my request for any and all information from people that have paid and not received.
I also invite comments from those that have paid and have actually gotten what they paid for.
Also, has anyone actually met "Jule", "Third Rail," and/or "Manyirons" in person, and can anyone verify they are all different people? Can anyone advise if these are alter egos of the same person?

P.S. Since I am sure "Jule" will read this, if he wants to immediately refund me the $401.00 I paid him and his wife, along with the cost of my 1851 Uberti Navy, the cost of the 6 installed Treso nipples, the spare 1851 hand and spring I sent for fitting, and the cost of my El Paso holster for the 1851, (all together I come up with $900.00 including shipping costs), I am agreeable to such a resolution.
