Blackhawk Modular Drop Leg Platform

Can anyone tell me how to use the Blackhawk modular drop leg platform that I just now bought? It seemed straightforward before I received it, but now I don't understand how to attach things to it. Where do I get the matching rails, if that's what's missing, and then how to I attach the rails to the components that I want to connnect to to my platform? Or, am I going about this all wrong?

I know how dumb this sounds.

According to Amazon, the thing you bought already has four accessory rails for CQC magazine or light carriers. What is it you have that you want attached?

I have a few cqc magazine carriers. On the back of the carrier, the belt clip slides off with a push of a button. (its dovetailed). I assume you just slide the carriers on the rails (on the platform)

I don't have anything that mates with the rails on the platform, not even my Blackhawk mag carriers. I unscrewed the belt attachments so that I could screw the accessory directly to the platform but the holes didn't line up.

Seems like a great way to carry accessories but I can't figure out how to use it.
