Blazer 38 Special Aluminum,Hope they Fire!

I have used Blazer Aluminum in .38Spl, .357mag, and .45ACP. Good stuff for range ammo, except the Not Reloadable part for some folks.

I don't 'roll my own' ammo, so not an issue for me.
 
The only aluminum cased Blazer ammo I have shot was 40 S&W and I was very dissatisfied. It was underpowered and I might as well been lobbing rocks. I have not bought another box since then, maybe 10 years ago. Others feel differently.

Another thing... I don't believe in "practice ammo". My practice ammo is just as powerful as any other load I choose. It can be FMJ, but I don't want a major shift in the POI.
 
I actually found that the aluminum cased .45 fed smoothly in my p220 (R.I.P.)
