Is there a body size only die that has no affect on the shot size of neck?? I was hoping to bump shoulder back 1 0r 2 thousandths then run it through my lee neck collet die.

Every major die shop except Lee makes Body Dies to size the body and bump the shoulder. You can also use any Bushing FL Sizer without a bushing.

Forster makes what they call a Bushing Bump Neck Sizing Die. You can leave the neck sizing bushing out and use it to just bump the shoulder back. Redding makes a FL length sizing die that uses bushings to size the neck. You can leave the bushing out and FL resize the case body only.

RCBS trim dies usually have a neck that is .010 larger than a FL resizing die.

I use Redding body dies. I'm sure the others work also,
but I can testify that Redding body dies respond well to small adjustments.
I get them set for a particular rifle, then mark it with a scratch to repeat later.
I'm sure the others work, but just about everything from Redding works great.
