Bolt Action .308 win

A week or so ago I went on a boar hunt with some family. http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=324076

But b-4 going I was looking through my gun safe trying to decide what gun to take and realized I don't have any rifles other than rimfire and my wasr 10. So I think it may time to buy a nice bolt action. I was thinking .308 win. So anybody have any suggestions I was planning on staying in 5-600$ range including scope. Thanks for any info.

You can probably find a nice rem 700 incl. scope for that price. I f you are only going to hunt hogs with it you probably drop your price range some. Hell we hunt them here Tx with everything from knives to SKS, 700s to AR15s. My favorite pig gun in deep brush is iron sight 336 in 30/30.
