I’d take any stocks off your lowers

Care to explain? Whether or not the braces are banned, if your lower is now SBR'ed by courtesy of the ATF, it can be legally stocked.

I assume he's referring to non SBR'd through the ATF braces which are now considered stocks.

Other than that, the ATF will more than likely renege on the free SBR for braces if the rule is struck down for good.

On my approval letters, there is a “pending acceptance of the final rule” (or something like that, I’m not looking at the form at the moment) escape clause at the bottom. At least, that’s the way I took it. If the rule gets struck down, it seems like the registration is void.

True and I agree, but I believe the ATF will put out an official notice telling everyone their prior approval is now null and void first. Until then, they'll recognize the brace SBRs.

You trust them to be nice more than I trust them to be nice. I would hope they do that. All mine have the braces back on them, so either way, I feel like I’m good.

Yep… my brace are back! and yes, I’m have issue with one of my hands becuse I shot a box of full house .357… very numb, so Brace works great for people who identify as un-able-hand-body

Yes, we can identify as anything in Seattle and it’s a bigger crime to not take me seriously

Should I be concerned yet about no approval as an SBR of my braced pistol? As far as I know, the ATF had everything they needed and my application was marked pending. Anyone else in the same boat still?

They stopped approving all pending brace SBR form 1s while the injunction is in place. Everyone who was approved prior to the injunction are good to go with their SBR's. Those who were still pending are SOL. If the injunction is never lifted and the ATF loses, our applications will never be approved. I have multiple that haven't been approved going on 6 months now. No, you aren't in the same boat.
