:banghead: Looks like the Anti's are mobilizing for a push...
I'll lay money that one of them will say "Well, just this weekend in the Washington Post there was an article about illegal gun sales..."
Virginia Tech massacre survivor and Brady staff member, Colin Goddard, will be talking with Oprah about a new documentary called "Living for 32."
"Living for 32" is a powerful portrait of Colin, his account of the terror he and his Virginia Tech classmates faced on April 16, 2007 and the courageous journey of renewal and hope he chose to pursue.
Colin's journey since that day led him to Brady and to a deep commitment to help make America safer.
Colin says it best:
"I will always believe I was in the right place at the right time in class at 9:00 am. And despite the horror, I survived as one of the luckier ones.
For the 32 Hokies who were lost that day, and for the 32 Americans who are lost everyday to gun murders, I've decided to devote this time in my life to making a difference, so their memories might be honored and the damage to our society lessened.
Many people say we can't or shouldn't improve the gun laws in this country. I'm part of the next generation, I reject that premise, and I say we can and should do better."
Last year, Colin went undercover to gun shows to shine a light on the dangerous gun show loophole. He found one irresponsible unlicensed gun seller after another willing to sell him guns without a Brady criminal background check.
Watch Colin's undercover footage, and then sign the petition to urge Congress to close the gun show loophole and make our families and communities safer!
And please don't miss Colin on the Oprah show on Monday, October 25, at 4 pm ET!
