I’m in need of some help, trying to find parts for a ZKK 602 in 300win mag. I’m not very familiar with these. It was given to me as a barreled action, and appears to be in good shape. From what I’ve be able to track down it has a complete single set trigger and bottom metal. I’m missing the mag box, follower, and a stock(barreled action only, darn the bad luck) Any help you guys could offer would be great, also if anyone knows the rough value that would be helpful.
This contact may be able to assist: https://www.cz-spare.parts/contact CZ acquired Brno but I don't know how deep their parts inventory is. Apparently these rifles were common in Africa, but not very well distributed in the states.
FWIW, I did some wide searching and found references that compare the Brno 602 with the CZ 550. Check these out: https://www.africahunting.com/threads/difference-between-zkk-602-cz-550.45170/ http://forums.accuratereloading.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/4711043/m/5411061391/xsl/print_topic Excerpt: "a 602 is NOT a cz, 550 or not ... not even close, though the top part of the action inletting is identical .. the 60x has the trigger mounted to the bottom metal ... and requires enthusiastic welding and machining to use a 550 trigger, either factory or timney. The safety [602] is BACKWARDS ... push forward for fire , back for safe, cz part's don't fit, nor do aftermarket. Dovetail rings swap... bolt MIGHT swap, that's about it...but, of course, i am likely the only one posting thats owned a zkk, 602, 550..." I suppose that means their 550 Magnum stock (about $200) might be adaptable. If so (a big if!), CZ USA carries that and other 550 parts. Perhaps you can get someone at their support line who can tell you more.
