According to Mr. Tresmond the new ban is illegal as it is an ex-facto law taking away previously owned property and he intends to file this action in Federal Court. We are looking for as many as possible to add to CLASS ACTION CASE:
Hopefully, someone will keep us posted on this. It would be interesting to see the count of people in a class action for the state. I'm sure the media won't be covering it at all...probably under executive order NOT to.

Sure, that is the whole idea. What makes you think the antis care about fairness or outmoded concepts like constitutional rights? They are driven by an insane need to control the people and nothing else counts.
