Like OEF_Vet said, you can field strip them. You can toss most of the accessory pack, take every thing out of the cardboard boxes, you can toss the cocoa/drink mix (though the cocoa is actually VERY fortified) and worst case scenario, even lose the heater.
That will cut mre volume by about a third. Two most important items in my estimation are the peanut butter and the main meal. Both are loaded with vitamins, minerals, carbs, proteins and fat.
