Built a shooting bench ........lets see yours.

I’ve done several for my range, each larger than the last.

All were too small. My advice is build it as large as practical.

There are a few places I like to shoot, but this one of my favorite spots. I did not build this one, but I have maintained it.

I was out this morning and it was a beautiful morning. I got to get a new AR sighted in and stretch the legs a bit.

This shooting bench was built in dense woods on a hill about 250 yards from my home. It's on a cement slab with concrete blocks holding granite top, As shown in recent pic, it's not always operational in winter. But for most months of the year the dense folage on both side of the 100yd shooting lane provide effective wind blocking. DSC00409.JPG compare2.JPG
