I don't think the OP is asking about loads for bullseye match shooting (I am not sure if short barreled G30 would make a good bullseye match gun ) but rather trying to resolve cycling issue with "Bullseye" power.
Russell, using the same powder charge of 4.7 gr and different lengths should give you a cycling trend. If shorter lengths don't produce stovepipes, pick the length that reliably cycle the slide the most.
BTW, magazine followers/springs are in good shape?
