I'm thinking on buying a Taurus 945 blue in like new condition. It's fired less than 150 rounds it comes with 3 mags, box and paperwork. All for $275.
The seller is a friend of mine and is selling it because he carries his .40 and "just don't need the .45". Well neither do I, but for $275 I figure, why not. Opinions?

There are none for under $399 on Gunsamerica, so my opinion is that I wish I had a spare $275 and your friend's phone number. :p

If you can think of any use for it, grab it - if not, grab it anyway, and sell it for a profit. Since it's LNIB I'm sure you'd be able to get $325 for it at any random gunstore, so there's fifty bucks for you to put towards something you do want.

I don't believe in buying guns just to buy. I get guns I want & will use. That said, if the gun is one you'll shoot & appreciate, it's a really attractive price...go 4 it :D

If you have no need for it then be sure you can at least make a dollar or two selling it.

I don't recall him saying that he was going to sell it for a profit. The question was is it a good deal or not. Why do people have a problem answering the question that is asked?

A lot of times, a guy doesn't really know if the next gun he buys is going to turn out to be his all-time favorite or just another piece of iron to get rid of. $275 ain't chump change. Pay your money & do whatever pleases you.

Since when do I, or for that matter, any of us, need a reason to buy a gun or a use for that gun? (sounds like someplace I don't want to live) I have several guns that I don't "need", isn't "want" good enough anymore?

BTW
My friend did know how much the gun was worth, the $275 was a friends and family price. Don't any of you offer stuff to your friends and family at a reduced price? And No the intent is not to re-sell it for profit, friends don't do that to friends.

dont buy it , its junk and not worth 2 bucks!

give me your friends number and i'll buy it i mean tell him that too hahaha

its worth it, buy it, shoot it, enjoy it, and then after a few 1000 rounds sell it to me for 250 and ill be happy :D
