C&R Came Today--I Think

I just checked my mail, and what to my eye should appear but a large white envelope from BATFE. My C&R is here!

Only one problem--near as I can tell, it isn't. I've been through the contents several times--four books, a couple of forms, a couple of cards, and a welcome letter--and I can't find anything that actually looks like my license. Am I missing something, or am I really missing something? Anybody have any ideas?

I don't have one (yet) but I seem to remember hearing about a separate package of "welcome material"...that may be what you have

The actual liscense comes on a 8.5x11 piece of paper, the bottom half is a letter addressed to "Dear Licensee" and the top half is the liscense.

DO NOT SIGN IT!!!

My licence came first (in a separate envelope). The packet of reading materials came three days later.
Sounds like your situation may be just the opposite....

Found it. Leave it to the government to send it in two separate mailings.

Second question: I recall a few people getting two copies, with different signatures. Is Patricia Power the correct signatory?

Oh, and get this: they got the street number correct, but didn't list the apartment. Looks like I'll be calling them for a correction tomorrow.

You will confuse them , but call anyway it will take about the same time to get it corrected.; Welcome to the club!!!!!!

your license comes in a blue envelope and the 'material' comes in a white one.

I just got mine that way.
