What if an ATF special agent and a police officer demanded access at night, unannounced to search your house as a C&R FFL, under the guise of doing an inspection allowed by statue. Let me say this happened.

Not only do you need a lawyer, you need to stop creating a public record of your story here on the internet. It's as if you sat down with the ATF and Law Enforcement and spilled your guts.

I would first delete your post, make no further posts regarding your legal problems, then get a lawyer familiar with firearms law.

It's a very bad idea to discuss your personal legal matters with a bunch of strangers in public. Conversations with your lawyer are confidential.
