C&R FFL Number

So I had a C&R FFL but I never used it to acquire anything and let it expire. The problem now is I can't find the license paperwork or any of the copies I made with the details on it. I want to reapply but there's a section that asks about previous FFLs and I don't have any info to go on.

Is my only option to call BATF and try to get my expired license details?
