C&R, Hakim?

Well, looking at my account records, I saw the BATFE cashed my check, so I assume my C&R was approved. Anyone have any favorite places to order from? I want to order pistols and revolvers also, but not as much as rifles.
Does anyone have any experience with the Hakim semi auto rifle?

Yes, I have a little experience with a Hakim. Very interesting rifle. Bloooody dangerous on the thumbs (imagine a Garand with real bad attitude, suffering from bi-polar disorder ... and rabies ), but very cool anyway.

Hakim is a copy kinda sorta of the Swedish Ljungmann rifle and a thumbuster they be!

Cashing your check means nothing. If you're denied, they issue a refund. That said, if you can pass an NICS check, you're probably going to be approved anyway.

I don't have any experence with the Hakim, but if I can recommend a few pistols. I really enjoy my P64 Polish and my CZ-82. Both great pistols and a bargin.

Had a Hakim years ago. Interesting rifle, but very odd at the same time. Slender, but very nose heavy and reminded me of holding a 2x6 plank. LOUD rifle and I never could get used the the gas "puff" in the face after each shot.

Ended up selling it in favor of an FN-49 which then got sold and the only 8mm I have left are a few bolt rifles.
