Questions...
1. Is it legal to shoot an animal in Texas? Yes.
2. Is it legal to use the internet in Texas? Yes.
3. Is it legal to fire a gun with a computer? Yes.

No offence, but that's not a fair argument.

1. Is it legal to have sex?
2. Is it legal to give someone money?
3. Is it legal to give someone money for sex?

I don't think it should be illegalized, I really don't think it'd be that fun anyways. A peron's gotta be around to load the magazines and the weapons anyways. How long is it going to take someone to write a program to perfectly emmulate this and trick people, anyways?

I think the Kalifornians are afraid of people taking over the state with these things... j/k

Are there any legal issues with allowing an individual in another state to virtually possess a firearm here in TX (or any other state)? What if the person in CA is a felon? It appears that the firearm is not prohibited in CA, but I have to wonder if they hooked up an AR-15 whether that would cause problems.

Prostitution is legal in some places....

And I doubt what you do in your own home with your significant other is anyones business, now picking up women of the street for cash is a different matter all together :) ...

Sorry, Henry, but this is one time a legislature is doing something right.

yes, this is disgusting. makes me sick.

now if it were a slaughterhouse- !! that would be equally gross, but i could accept that hahahahah.
What if the guy let you shoot a 1919 hooked-up to the 'net and it fired at cars, blocks, or whatever? Would that be ok?

ok, you got a million dollar idea there, and i see no reason anyone would complain=
RUN with that and pm me the second you get it hooked up, i want in!!!

absurd. its a fixed weapon right? not like yer driving a remote control car around a city. there should be no problem at a ll with this, the law is

very much like if you get caught going to thailand for a child sex vacation, it is the unfair killing. if they let this go on, next youll have people tacknig live ducks to walls for comupter shooting

This is "Pat yourself on the back" legislating. Note that the ban is only for the importation of the resulting meat into California, or for basing the website within the state. At least they realize they have no jurisdiction over participation or existence of the actual "shooting".

This being California, though, it makes me laugh at the thought of them caving in if (when) they face a suit from an ADA client for discrimination.
