After years of wear on my previous paint job (treebark of the 80's), I just finished another another paint job on my Mossberg .12 with rifled slug barrel
an scope. Used Grey Camo over entire gun, then used cut strips of masking
tape for branches. Sprayed over with Black an Brown Camo paint an peeled
off tape. Small brush an flat black paint to detail the bark on the grey branches. Then sealed with Clear Coat Matte finish spray paint...not as fancy as the New coated guns, but only got about 14.00 in it, an should last several years....an its a little different an unique as well as fun to do... will post a couple pics. Give it a try....
