Can anyone identify this press ?

I bought this Rcbs off eBay thinking it was something else. I think it's a shotgun press but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a Shotshell Resizer and conditioners. Looks 12 gage . It will also Decap the primer
It is discontinued By RCBS
It will not Load shell

ow-OW-OWWW, now I have a crick in my neck like when I tried to eat a taco once long ago! Looking at a sideways pic always does that!

I have that Lackmiller press and dies around here somewhere, the one time I tried to use it, got a shell stuck in it, never bothered to get it out. But that was the fiber based Remington high brass express hull, hard to size on any press!

Thank y'all so much for your help. I don't mess with shot shells ; so , anyone have any creative ideas I could use it for ? It looks like 7/8 thread where the die goes. Don't think I would be able to use a shell holder without some sort of adapter. Or if any wants to swap for some dies or something.

Ummmmm....maybe a lamp for your man cave? Hook the switch to the handle...

I like that idea.I thought about adapting it to a decaper.I know a machinst who could modify it. The lamp idea sounds right up my alley .My grandaughter thinks it is a very elaborate finger pincher.
