Can the pistol grip on Mossberg Home Defender be changed.

I would like to by my family a Mossberg Home Defender .410 shotgun. But I hate the pistol grip that is on it. Is this something that can be easily changed. I have never owned any shotgun before and know nothing about this.

I think the stock is the back of the gun isn't it. This is actually the part you pump. Is it still that easy.

Sorry, I didn't understand the part you were talking about, I do now..

The pistol grip forearm can be changed, too.

Replacement forearms are sold on www.e-gunparts.com for $15.15, search for p/n: Item No. 65010

You may even be able to trade forearms with someone here looking for the PG forearm...

Another alternative is to buy the "cruiser" model and swap out the pistol-grip-only stock for a regular stock.
