I have a opportunity to buy some brass MFG by the Canadian government and was just wondering if anyone has ever used this or any input on the brass.

Thanks

No matter how you reload French brass, when you pull the trigger a white flag comes out the barrel.

Other than that, any brass made in a high-tech nation should be good.

If it is IVI Headstamp to get good accuracy out of it you will need to weight and sort the case according to weight, you will have a spread up to 10 grain in the case weight and if you are into trimming necks that will help to...... Otherwise it is good brass I have been working on a few hundred pounds of liberated brass for the 20 years:D

Just be aware that mil-spec brass normally has crimped primers (on both sides of the border). You need to remove the crimp initially before the first reloading. I use a Dillon Super-Swage 600 for that task, there are other tools available too.
