Powder or lack there of

Looks like I am going to try a different powder as I am down to 1lb of Universal. Liked the Universal it worked for .45 .38, light .357 9mm and 9mm Mak. It looks like what I can get right now and hopefully tomorrow is IMR 4756 (a little slower) 7625 (a little faster) Autocomp (Slower) WST (Faster). I am shooting holes in paper targets for fun so power is not a factor. My main concern is 9mm but thoughts on any of these in the other calibers would be appreciated as well. I don't see any WST loads on Hodgdon site however. I can also get Red Dot but I don't see any info on Alliants site for 9mm. As I recall back from my shotgun reloading days Red dot is big flakes. Just can't see it metering well in small amounts (3-4 grns) anyone have any input on any of these? With lead? How do they meter?
Have about 1000 WSPs left and some CCI 500s on order from Midway, so I will see if the additional smoke I am seeing really has anything to do with the WSP or just weather, or powder charge fine tuning. (Or my Senility) I realize lead will never be as clean as jacketed. FYI Midway has the CCIs $30/1000. They also have TulAmmo $115/5000. (In stock as of an hour ago)
Thanks again everybody for you input.

I would like to hear from all the revolver shooters who use lower powdered springs and use Federals to get reliable ignition. If CCI has changed, they would know.

Weather

Looks like sexybeast was corrrect. I think the extra smoke I was noticing was just due to differnet tempature/humidity. In the summer time here temps average around 100. No that it is cooler or when I am shooting indoors (cooler there as well) I seem to notice it more.

Thanks everyone for your input.
