CCI Shotshells Discontinued?

I know the thread was wondering more about availability than performance but I figured I'd share my experience since it might benifit the OP.
I've have some 9mm snakeshot for a while now but haven't shot it for fear of tearing up my barrel. But this past weekend I finally got out and shot it in my least favorite and least reliable pistol, my Kel-Tec PF9. First I started with my control (7 rnds Rem UMC) - no problem. Then I went ahead and tried the shotshells. First three shot fine (about 1 ft spread at 5 paces) but on the 4th I had a FTE. Reracked fired the next fine and the last 2 were FTE's. So for shooting snakes they would work fine, but I would prefer a 12 guage. I just hate snakes so much, I prefer to disbatch them with extreme prejudice.
Something else of note is the amount of particles left in the barrel. I would not fire regular ball before at least running a brush or mop down the bore.
