Here in Oregon, the shows forbid any loaded weapons in the building whatsoever.
There are a few of the vendors that wear a sidearm, but its zip tied and has no magazine in it
Macho thing me thinks.
All guns on the tables must be zip tied so that they can't function.
The only people allowed to carry weapons are the Police that cruise the show and the security personel that are in the building at night during the multi day shows.
Just too much liability would be placed on the show promoters if they allowed loaded guns on the premises.
Even with all these rules, every so often there will be an A D somewhere.
Fools are out there, and stuff thats not suppossed to happen does from time to time.
I have had several guns shipped through the USPS,UPS, Fedex to us as TRANSFERS and that came from GUN SHOPS show up at my store LOADED with one in the chamber.
This is the reason that they don't want loaded guns in the shows.
If you go deep stealth and get found out later, the show promoters will probably BAN you.
The rules are simply a way to keep things safe.
The Insurance underwriters worry a lot, any time guns are involved.
Be safe and play by the rules.
