Well perhaps it is time to start asking the ISRA to pressure them for a vote on the bill. It may not pass but at least we know who is on our side and who is not.
My faith that the bill will pass is slowly dying with the new round of gun control in Illinois. The 10 round magazine limit and other nefarious bills. I was given hope by the fact that not many people really beleived that gun control was the answer after the Virginia Tech shootings.
Either way it will be nice to know who to vote for and who not to vote for. I would also suggest looking at the thread on SB1007 and how the politician is supporting it because he wants to appease the soccer moms while admitting it will not affect the crime rate at all.
