CCW Permit Renewal Frustration!

Wow, I feel fortunate. I renewed mine and it took all of about a week. Probably because we are a very small town in a lightly populated county.

BUT THIS IS EXACTLY WHY I WAS SCREECHING AND HOLLERING ABOUT THE COLORADO LEGISLATURE DISALLOWING OUT OF STATE NON-RESIDENT PERMITS A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO !

Nope.

I wanted to get a non-resident Utah permit to carry over in case something like that happened, or I lost my wallet or something.

NEXT TIME, DON'T GIVE AN INCH, DON'T LET THEM GET AWAY WITH "NIBBLING" LIKE THAT.

Now youse guys know I don't shout on the board, ever.

BUT THIS ONE DESERVES IT!

Update!

UPDATE-

Got a call from the sheriff's office this morning...

My renewal is complete and I can pick it up today!

Looks like they took about 70 of the allowed 90 days to process.

Luckily, I have been sans CCW for less than a month.
