That's right. Century generally imports surplus firearms or parts, and then puts them on US-made receivers, with ither parts required to make them legal in most states.
Century is known to have questionable build QA, so if you buy a Century firearm, be willing to tweak it or send it back as needed.
I own two Cenutury-built firearms (SAR-3 and CETME) and both required some tweaking. However, there's nothing wrong with the parts and both are good shooters that I am happy with. I have read reports of people sending firearms back to Century, and they report good (though slow) results.
