Changed my 870 Setup **Pics**

I prefer the specops on mine due to the adjustable LOP and, of course, the recoil reduction. I like old-school looks, but in this case, I have gone with new-school advantages.

I sold the Surefire a few weeks ago and the Knoxx is spoken for as well. I like the walnut so much that I'm putting it on my other 870 too.
 
AWESOME! SO much better with wood instead of tacticool plastic.
 
That looks awesome. I dumped the black synthetic furniture on my 870 for the walnut Police pieces and I couldn't be happier. Looks much classier.
 
Very nice. Maybe I will post mine when I am done. I am taking a police from wood to a AR stock and grip with a Mesa adapter, going in the opposite direction. :D
 
Hey, since when is wood on a shotgun not tactical? :confused:

A simple oil finish has worked just fine on combat shotguns since WW1 and is no more reflective than black plastic.

Someone _might_ try to argue that wood stocks in humidity may affect point of impact, but we're talking about PATTERNS here, not tiny repetitive groups.
