Charles Daly/Zastava Rifle??

Here's the deal I've been offered...I make Custom Cowboy Action Gunleather and a customer wants to trade a Charles Daly/Zastava Mauser Field grade .308 w/Millett 6x14x56 scope and a Harris bi-pod for a rig I would normally sell for $350. Good deal for me???
Rifle was bought, fired 30 rounds zeroing in scope and kept in safe.

The CD/Zastava is a Mauser 98, with a good civilian finsih, Remchester imports them now as the 798 mini mauser. I have never heard a complaint, they are mil spec and up there with FN Mauser, good gun for the money, consider that Mil Sup yugo go from 200 up, not bad, if you want the rifle, and the scope is worth some money too.

Well, the guy crapped out on me!!! He told me that while he had the rifle out taking photos for me his daughter came over to visit and wanted the rifle! Just tell me you decided not to do the deal, don't Bull**** me!!!!

I can believe that. I've lost 2 rifles and a handgun to my older daughter that way!
