I hope this is the right place to post this lol. Anyway, I was in Florida not too long ago. I went with a friend of mine to a gun store to help her pick out a shotgun. In a case was a Chiappa 1911. I wasn't able to hold it unfortunely. But it looked to be of good quality. I have shot the Rhino .357 revolver and it was .... different lol. Anyway I can't remember the price tag they had on, but I've found one on budsgunshop.com for $456.29. Does anyone have any experiences with this gun? Good things? Bad things? Let me know please! Thanks in advance :).

My experience with their 1911-22 and customer service makes me scratch anything Chiappa off my list. Use the search I've posted the gory details.

Bad as EAA's customer service is, my experience is at least they do fix what it broken with quick turnaround, can't say that for Chiappa :(

For a good 1911 with good customer support, look for an RIA "Tactical" in the same price range.
