Chinese arsenal [141] sks questions

Alright so i just picked up an all matching ( except trigger assembly because there isnt one) chinese arsenal 141 sks and supposidly these are some sort of chinaman gestapo sks's ? its the nicest looking chinese sks ive seen no scratches all parts fit like a custom rifle really a well built machine so is this true that its a security force rifle and what is one worth?

no those arnt on the right side of the reciever but it is a milled screwed on barrel
