Where are you located? Since I do not know all the counties in the US, makes it hard to find your location. Am interested to know your state though so I can read the non-carry locations; I am curious to know if the LEO was correct!

If he was going to Multnomah County, that would place him in Portland, Oregon or the immediate vicinity.
